Q: How long before my order is processed?
A: Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed. Please check your email for shipping confirmation and status.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We want to meet the needs of moms everywhere and accept international orders, however, at the moment, refunds and return shipping are not available for international orders.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We do! Free shipping is available on all orders over $200 before tax. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free international shipping at this time.
Q: What do you mean by I can wear your clothes before, during, and after pregnancy?”
A: Our clothes are designed for women with changing bodies, so whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, in-between sizes, or extra curvy, we’ve created with you in mind. You don’t need to change your traditional size according to your maternal state–you just need to do you.

Q: What’s your return policy?
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date. Items that have been worn, altered, or washed will not be accepted. All original tags must be attached and untampered. Please note: a postage fee of $8 will be deducted from order refunds. Items that are being exchanged are not subject to postage fee. MSTREET reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Final and Sample Sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, however, items can be returned upon receipt according to our standard return policy. Original receipt or gift receipt must be presented at the time of the return. Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders purchased via gift card are not eligible for cash refunds and are only eligible for store credit. Q: Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are fulfilled. Please place a new order for the desired items and begin the return process once your order is received.
